END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR NET VAMPIRE

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Afreet Software, Inc. for the software product identified above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install, copy, or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.


GRANT OF LICENSE

Afreet Software, Inc. grants you a limited non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT free of charge during the 30 day trial period. Upon the end of the trial period, you must either register the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or remove it from your system. You can register before the end of the trial period if you wish to do so. Registration grants you the right to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the end of the trial period. You are allowed to install SOFTWARE PRODUCT on more than one computer as long as you are the only person using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or algorithms used in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You agree not to compromise your registration key. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your lincense.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AFREET SOFTWARE INC. FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS  FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK   ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL  AFREET SOFTWARE INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES  WHATSOEVER  (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS,  BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF AFREET SOFTWARE INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
